Head of BD - Maritime
We are seeking a Head of BD - Maritime team member to support the company's growth in the maritime sector, with a focus on the U.S. Navy, Intelligence Community (IC), and commercial maritime markets. In this role you will:

Key Qualifications and Skills

Proven track record of transitioning prototype/R&D programs into full-scale production contracts (e.g., SBIR Phase III, Programs of Record, IDIQs).
Deep understanding of DoD procurement cycles, budgeting, and contracting mechanisms.

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary band for this position is $180,000-250,000. The final job level and compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, years of relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, and other business considerations.

About the role
The Director of Clinical Development leads the team responsible for design, execution, and strategic direction of clinical programs across Loyal's veterinary product portfolio. ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, CMC / DEVELOPMENT CHEMISTRY
SUMMARY:
Ionis is seeking an experienced CMC project manager to join our team. This role will report to the Executive Director of CMC Project and Partner Management and work closely with the broader Development Chemistry organization. As an individual contributor, this position is responsible to effectively coordinate project activities across functions and with our external collaboration partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with the departments within Development Chemistry to develop project plans for development programs.
Maintain/update project timelines throughout the development lifecycle. Ensure critical tasks are identified and the necessary prerequisite activities and inputs are called out and communicated to the cross-functional team.
Meet with project team to keep track of status of tasks. Identify critical path activities. Understand potential and current issues and escalate timeline or resource risks.
Where program risks are identified, work with the broader team to develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track. Ensure timely communication when mitigations aren't feasible.
Ensure CMC timeline is aligned and integrated with the overall project timelines, as well as CMC operational plans and other programs.
Ensure effective and timely communication regarding project status, key milestones, timelines and key events to Development Chemistry department heads. Develop and maintain dashboards to communicate high-level project status to broad audiences. Develop audience-specific dashboards where unique information is needed for specific purposes (e.g. CTD trackers for regulatory submissions).
Participate in cross-functional team discussions and in meetings with external collaboration partners to identify potential changes to project timeline and ensure communication to the necessary stakeholders
Manage and communicate revisions to project plans to the broader department
Record minutes and track assigned actions during meetings between Ionis and its collaboration partners. Follow up on action items to ensure activities are completed in a timely manner

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in a science field (e.g. chemistry, biology, or engineering) and 8 years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience; or Master's Degree with 6 years of experience; or a Ph.D. with 3 years of experience
At least 2 years in a role with project management responsibilities
Working knowledge of the drug development process and CMC responsibilities
Exceptional interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills
Experience in managing multiple programs at different development stages concurrently.
Competency in developing and maintaining CMC project plans (milestones, timelines, resources/costs, etc.).
Successful experience working with a broad range of functions including, analytical, quality assurance, pharmaceutical development, API manufacturing, finance and legal
Excellent judgment:â¯an ability to anticipate needs and meet them as well as to partner with senior management for decision-making
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to initiate, plan, and execute multiple projects and sub-projects with ease

Familiarity with Power BI and Power Automate is highly desirable.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Executive Director of Clinical Development, the Director will provide clinical and scientific input and medical monitoring to early-stage clinical development programs. The Director will have a significant role in clinical study oversight and deliverables, including review of patient data, input on clinical trial design and execution, and preparation/presentation to leadership, at conferences, and to safety oversight committees.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the scientific development of individual clinical studies in alignment with the clinical development plan, including authoring and reviewing clinical documents (e.g., protocols, investigators brochure, eCRFs, ICFs, CSRs)
Perform review of clinical trial data (safety and efficacy), including medical monitoring and assessing for consistency and completeness and providing assessments and recommendations

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (including clinical operations, data management, statistics, safety, regulatory affairs, among others) to ensure translation of the clinical protocol into operational deliverables
Review and synthesize scientific literature and competitive intelligence to support study and program strategy

Drive and support preparation of scientific material for conference presentations or publications
Contribute to the authoring and revision of regulatory submissions

Minimum Qualifications
Medical Doctorate (MD, DO, or equivalent ex-US medical degree). 8+ years of previous experience in clinical/related research (including residency and fellowship) or industry experience

Position Summary
The Director, Practice Development serves in a business development role interacting with clients and prospects located in DMA's sales regions. Assists in expanding the market share in focused tax practice areas. Manages a large set of client and prospect accounts for purposes of business development as well as participating as one of DMA's strategic account managers to ensure satisfaction of DMA project deliverables.

US Director of Development
is responsible for leading and advancing the organizations overall fundraising strategy to support mission impact and strategic growth.
