The practitioner is an essential member of the nursing leadership team who promotes the alignment of regional NPD and practice excellence with the HHC system as a whole. Qualifications BSN required; enrollment in a Master's program with degree completion within two years of hire date preferred. Minimum of 3 years of active clinical nursing experience with at least 1 year of experience in an acute care environment. Experience as a preceptor. Experience as a perioperative nurse.
