Your Mission
Your mission as the Postage Clerk is to ensure all client payments for mailings are collected accurately and on time, and that each client's mailing is properly logged and passed along to our team for processing. You will also follow up with clients who missed a previous mailing or have upcoming mailings scheduled. This role is focused on customer communication and administrative coordination , not postal delivery.
Schedule
• This is a full-time office position
• The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm
Compensation
• Pay is $16.00/hr. to start
Specific Duties Include
• Being in direct communication with our customers and taking payments via the phone, e-mail or our website.
• Being friendly and service orientated.
• Communicating with CSR's (Customer Service Representative) when necessary.

· Organize and manage lease documentation in SharePoint and physical files
· Track and obtain tenant certificates of insurance
· Maintain logs for critical lease provisions, such as rights of first refusal, termination rights, and expansion options
· Coordinate receipt of security deposits and initial rent payments
· Draft and send tenant notices and correspondence in collaboration with the Client Experience Team
