The Corporate Trainer position will be responsible for all training across multiple departments including new hire training, client care training, enrollment process training, and continuous refresher training. They will be responsible for maintaining training manuals and all training materials. This position will also be responsible for all testing throughout training and refresher training. This position will be responsible for coordinating all new procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions covering systems, inbound customer service calls, queues, and processing functions.
Design and implement training programs aligned with organizational goals. Develop engaging training materials using various media formats.
Provide ongoing training for new procedures across departments. Deliver individualized coaching to address performance gaps.
Partner with department managers to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate training manuals and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect process changes. Ensure internal knowledge databases remain current.
Perform audits on contact center operations, including call monitoring, email and mail correspondence, and data entry accuracy.
Assess training effectiveness, recommend improvements, and implement enhancements to ensure optimal results.
Complete other tasks assigned to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications
A Bachelors' or Masters' Degree from an accredited school (Preferable) and/or a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position
Minimum of eight years' experience working with senior management.

A Day In The Life:
This role is so much fun! Daily, you'll have the opportunity to train new dogs -- from puppy age to dogs who need some more reminders. Eventually, you'll use the resources we've already built to craft a plan for how to train that dog and solve their parent's concerns. Don't forget -- sometimes you'll have to train the parents too. A Group Meeting Facilitator interacts with groups that need coaching to work productively as a team to reach a common goal. A skilled Group Meeting Facilitator fosters collaboration and teamwork and manages conflict among team members. - after the session is over, a complete report describing everything that went on in group meetings and/or project/taskforce initiatives shall be prepared. Performance Incentives: Due to the nature of our consulting engagements there are performance incentives associated with each new client that each employee works to pursue and support.
Flexible Spending Account: FSAs help you pay for eligible out-of-pocket health care and dependent day care expenses on a pre-tax basis. You determine your projected expenses for the Plan Year and then elect to set aside a portion of each paycheck into your FSA.
