Essential Job Functions: + Manage and monitor the day-to-day execution of client and lending partner needs, including uploading data tapes, determining loan eligibility, identifying errors, execution of fundings, margin calls, servicing updates and loan settlements, + Provide direct operational support with the use of technical and operational solutions for external clients and lending partners + Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their lending partners. + Create, participate, and provide feedback in prospective client presentations + Performing tasks and reporting related to warehouse financing in ProMerit + Professional and timely communication with clients via conference calls, zooms and email + Coordinate meetings, send out meeting planners and take notes on calls + Analyze and process client requests in a timely manner and meet deadlines + Recommend process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency + Liaise with offshore resources to ensure seamless coverage of all client requirements + Collaborate with marketing team to prepare materials for external distribution + Support ad-hoc projects and other activities as may be assigned by your manager Qualifications/ Requirements: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience + Entry level professional with 0-2 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent. + 2 plus years related industry experience and/or training preferred, highly regulated + Knowledge of the Warehouse Financing Solutions line of business; including use and support of the ProMerit technology platform, warehouse financing operational activities, client services, presentation skills & ability to take on other strategic initiatives + Familiarity with residential and commercial mortgage warehouse facility structure through business term sheet interpretation + Proficient skills and working knowledge in MS Excel (e.g. calculations, vlookup, pivot tables, etc.) PowerPoint, Word, WLS and ProMerit, ADO + Self-motivated, adapts to changes in the work environment, manages time with competing demands, able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events + Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops creative or alternative solutions; demonstrates attention to detail; works well in group problem solving situations; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics + Competent in required job skills and knowledge; exhibits ability to learn and apply new skills; ability to think critically; requires minimal supervision; displays understanding of how job relates to others; uses resources effectively; adapts to new technologies + Effectively expresses ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form; exhibits good listening and comprehension; communicates changes and progress; keeps others adequately informed; selects and uses appropriate communication methods; manages difficult or emotional situations + Ability to work in a highly regulated industry with adherence to internal and external compliance requirements related to AML, funds transfer policies, client confidentiality and data security. \#LI-MS1 #LI-REMOTE Note: This job description is not intended to be all inclusive or exclusive. The annual full time base salary range for this role is $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
