Crew members will join a team of peers to complete conservation and infrastructure projects on Pennsylvania's public lands over the course of the season. Reports to the Food Service Manager. Assists the Cook in the preparation of meals and general kitchen and dining area sanitation. Essential Functions 1. Ensures serving counters stocked with salads, desserts, and other foods. 2. Replenishes napkin dispensers, plate racks, silverware racks, salt and pepper shakers, condiments, etc. 3.
