Master the Prep: Prepare and portion food items with precision, ensuring all ingredients are ready for service.
Keep It Fresh: Stock, date, rotate, and check temperatures of products to guarantee freshness.
Sanitary Standards: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by adhering to state and local sanitation, storage, and refrigeration requirements and codes.
Safety First: Handle slicers, knives, and other kitchen utensils and equipment with care to ensure a safe working environment.
Stay Flexible: Adapt to the needs of the kitchen, shifting tasks as necessary to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
While not required, previous kitchen experience is a plus.
Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements, repetitive grasping, bending, and reaching.
Capable of moving or lifting an average of 30-50 pounds.
Exposure to extreme temperatures, such as working in coolers.
Knowledge of basic foodpreparation techniques and HACCP standards is advantageous.
Ability to follow recipes and/or product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, carving, and serviing food items which may include meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food products.
Manage and perform stock counts, date, rotate, and temperature checks of products.
