Qualifications:

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure all transfers are fulfilled fully and received from warehouse without discrepancy or shortages
Assist Bartenders with maintaining the cleanliness and delivery of products and supplies for all bar locations
Responsible for the completion of setup, as well as prep, opening and closing duties as assigned by the F&B Manager or designee
Adhere to company and state guidelines when serving alcohol and alcoholic beverages
Maintain a professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic
Understand and be capable of ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed
Performs other duties as required and/or assigned
