Responsibilities
Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations and to meet or exceed target metric objectives
Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes)
Operate cash drawer, performing basic math, counting back change amounts, and verifying cash and credit amounts
Conduct inventory counts and report accurate variances
Attend team meetings
Act as our store's representative and set an example for other team members
Responsible for maintaining store cleanliness and organization in accordance with company's standards and expectations
Properly follow all company policies and procedures and report concerns to upper management
Communicate with customers and evaluate their needs
Analyze customer behavior and adjust sales strategies and merchandising in-store
Address and resolve customer complaints and grievances
Ensure consistent execution of company's marketing and visual presentation
Verify store security at closing by checking for locked doors, locked safes, and set alarms
