Position Summary:
Responsible for providing the overall strategic property management direction for Station Park and other area properties as assigned in accordance with CenterCal Properties' policies and standards. This includes but is not limited to financial performance and reporting, marketing, ancillary income, office and retail property management, special events, security, and parking; develops and sustains strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and other key partners; and performs other duties as assigned.
This role is a key contributor to the total asset value creation working in partnership with Asset/Property Management, Marketing, Development, Leasing, Tenant Coordination, and other internal teams as well as investors and/or joint venture partners.

Maintain proactive communication with tenants by meeting regularly in group and one-on-one settings to address concerns, enforce lease obligations, and prepare amendments as needed.
Oversee parking operations to resolve issues, improve customer perception, and meet operational goals.
Conduct weekly property inspections and prepare reports to ensure the property is managed to ownership standards.
Identify and address physical or operational needs and implement strategies to enhance the asset.
Monitor tenant performance, identify underperforming or watch-list tenants, and recommend remerchandising to maintain asset competitiveness.
Maintain annual accounts receivable at 0.05% of billing or below, initiating collection efforts, late notices, default notices, and legal action when required.
Serve as liaison with key city officials and departments.
Manage customer complaints and ensure a high standard of service.
Participate actively in community organizations and local events.
Oversee general office operations.

We are currently seeking a full-time Production Supervisor for our West Jordan office.
The Audio Enhancement Production Supervisor oversees daily operations and manages the production team to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing. This role focuses on optimizing productivity, coordinating team activities, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a safe, positive work environment. Acting as a liaison between the team and management, the Supervisor ensures clear communication and adherence to schedules and procedures.
Additional responsibilities include tracking production orders and build times, training and onboarding employees, facilitating material availability, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, maintaining workflow, and generating reports to monitor production performance. The Supervisor also ensures compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
Duties Include:
* Follow SOP's and Work Instructions and ensure they are followed by all team members
* Evaluating systems, tools, and machine resources to ensure continual production and minimal downtime
* Supervise and coordinate production team activities to meet goals
* Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support to team members
* Monitor team performance and provide feedback to management on individual and team achievements
* Monitor production to identify and correct bottlenecks on the production line
* Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment
* Monitor inventory levels for open production builds
* Report material shortages or discrepancies to management
Requirements

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the production, material flow, and the quality control of the Galvanizing department. Production Supervisor is responsible for administering organizational policies and procedures at the department level and for supervising the daily shop operations and establishing work priorities to meet internal and external customer shipping commitments. The Production Supervisor will establish shift objectives to support the division's goals and objectives and review this performance plan. The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring manufactured products meet or exceed quality standards and initiate actions necessary to maintain standards. Incumbent will order and supervise the necessary repairs and maintenance of machines and equipment throughout the production area. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records for the accuracy and timeliness of daily footage and poundage, completed orders, and inspection reports. The Production Supervisor will enforce good safety and housekeeping practices and employee training programs. Incumbent will be expected to always wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) on the production floor.
Essential Functions:
* Implement work schedule to maximize utilization of manpower, machines, and materials and assign work to hourly employees.
* Process parts and/or components to meet production schedule and advise Operations Manager and schedulers of difficulties in meeting plans or schedules.
* Monitor performance of assigned personnel, complete employee performance review, and take corrective action as necessary.
* Report discrepancies in blueprints, specifications, methods, engineering data, standards, etc. to Operators Manager
* Ensure product quality meets specified standards and assigned personnel make inspections as required by standard procedures.
* Report and investigate all incidents in a timely manner.
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of assigned personnel's time and production through various production reports.
* Conduct shift start up meetings at the beginning of every shift and monthly safety meetings with personnel.
* Administer company policies in a firm, fair, and consistent manner.
* Maintain good housekeeping and safe working conditions in assigned areas.
* Train new employees into department activities and safety procedures
* Actively participate in monthly Safety Leadership Team meetings
* Assist with maintaining process tanks at required levels of concentrations for quality galvanizing.
* Serve as a champion for various teams/projects to promote continuous improvement.
This position reports to the NTS Operations Manager.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 18 months' experience in a leadership role.
High School Diploma or GED.
Strong leadership skills and ability to support divisional business objectives.
At least 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Practical hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing concepts of 5S and Kaizen.
The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire production process in a solar manufacturing facility.
