Responsibilities:
Lead Planning for all Logistics functions including OTD, production and demands planning, in-house logistics operations, finished vehicle and scraps.
Lead planning and development for all logistics function related process, tools, facility's, infrastructure, software, etc.
Study and support for logistics review and assessment such as localization ratio, 3PL, investment and cost, etc. for factory scenario study.
Work close with UES team and potential production force to work out the whole OTD process including forecast, material demands, MRP planning, buffer and schedule, production control, lead time reduction. etc.
Work together with supply chain team, based on transportation period, import and export process, production planning to make domestic and oversee inventory level and develop storage planning and warehouse layout.
Identify JIT/JIS/SPS parts with supply chain and manufacturing team and work out relevant solution for these processes.
Lead parts supplier logistics process planning and execution including oversee and domestic warehousing, repacking, milk run, transportation, import and export, etc.
Work with supply chain and manufacturing to create a material route for every part and maintain the information into IT system
Work together with launch team for new product introduction and Run the logistics operation
Hire, develop, lead and motivate and retain a high performing and engaged international logistics team
Lead, track and control project execution to ensure they are delivered to scope, on time and on budget
Support sourcing activities including identification of potential suppliers and technical evaluations of quotations.
Create a Digital/Virtual environment to simulate logistics operations and optimize
standardize and documentary the planning process
Onsite support for project needed
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least 10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, including production planning and inbound logistics.
Strong knowledge of import/export processes and regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with packaging design principles and various packaging formats.
Demonstrated experience in project management.
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and cross-cultural communication skills.
Proficiency in business and technical English.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment; experience in the internet industry is a plus.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements

Current NMLS license
Must have ability to complete all phases of the mortgage loan origination process and have demonstrated knowledge of government and conventional residential mortgage loan products and regulations.

Compensation Disclosure

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Inshell Production Supervisor is responsible for Inshell Processing in Building 6 and 7 and for assisting RTE, Roasting, Building 2, Silo, and Maintenance. This role creates partnerships with other departments to achieve company objectives and initiatives. This role ensures compliance with all labor laws, safety standards, quality requirements, company policies, and regulations.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and maintain daily standards through all Inshell buildings 6 and 7 process equipment areas.
Responsible for managing the 3rd-shift Inshell Processing Area and assisting other departments when needed.
Deliver the Mission and Vision by demonstrating and instilling core values to all team members.
Responsible for performance management and recognition.
Manage daily and weekly run schedules to meet yearly Inshell Department and plant goals.
Manage all Inshell Process WIP by FIFO and assist other departments as needed.
Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met daily and annually.
Responsible for daily review of 3rd shift Inshell Process timecards.
Manage all Inshell vacation requests with limited disruption to processing output.
Develop and communicate the daily product schedule for 3rd-shift in Kernel Building and Buildings 6 and 7 in addition to other departments when needed.
Must have knowledge in operating color sorter. Train, guide, and assist color-sort operators.
Responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of raw Kernel Department and organizational operations by implementing effective strategies and continuous improvement.
Analyze, propose, and implement process changes to gain efficiency and reliability to support Kernel Department and business objectives.
Provide direction to production, and other departments when needed.
Supply guidance and support to raw Kernel Production Supervisor, front-line team and other departments when required.
Provide daily feedback to the Directors of Inshell and other departments' leadership regarding any issues or concerns via email.
Support X3 functions within Kernel Department and other departments as time allows.
Support maintaining work orders in proper sequence.
Work closely with 1st and 2nd shift, making sure Inshell process daily & weekly schedules are executed.
Develop front-line team leadership by providing business, leadership, and technical training.
Ensure a safe work environment by leading safety initiatives for the operations team.
Review staffing needs of raw Inshell process to ensure staff aligns requirements, including recruiting and hiring.
