Examines patient trays for accuracy/completeness. Alerts co-workers and/or supervisors of errors and/or corrects errors prior to releasing patient trays. Informs supervisor of problems.
Cleans and sanitizes patient reusable works.
Maintains any and all cart and small equipment in orderly and sanitary condition after each use.
Prepares, assembles, distributes, and collects patient meal trays, snacks, and nourishments. Delivers late or deferred trays throughout medical canter. Distributes nourishments to patients. Assists patients with making menu selections.
Maintains clean, neat work area and appearance. Maintains sanitary conditions throughout kitchen.
Takes and records temperature of food items and equipment. Provides supervisor with results.
Obtains current diet changes and makes appropriate changes to dietary records and menus.
Checks menus against dietary records to ensure properly completed menus. Modifies menus as necessary to conform to prescribed diet and communicates modifications to appropriate party.
Answers phones and records or relays messages to appropriate party.
Builds patient meal tray during entire meal periods and ensures tray contents match menu.
Utilizes automated tablet to record and transfer meal selections to computer. Host/Hostess serves up to 30 patients per shift.
Performs other related duties as required. Utilizes new improvements and/or technologies that relate to job assignment.

Our Showroom schedule is Monday-Friday 9:00 am- 6:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am-2:00 pm. Working schedule can very within those hours. Must be available to work most Saturdays.
