Each employee is part of the hotel security team and is responsible for reporting any potential hazards to the management and should investigate in the absence of the manager any alleged injuries which occur on the premises. An Incident Report (for guests) or Accident Report (for employee) should be completed. Show concern and consideration for the guest, but never acknowledge responsibility. Know where gas, electric, water cut off, and breakers are located. Know location of emergency lights.
Understand the relationship of complimentary service to guest satisfaction and other areas of the hotel. Pour coffee and juice when refills are needed. Provide accurate information and directions to guests.
Host/hostel must be able to lift 30 pounds, bend stoop, and go up and down stairs. Employee is required to seek assistance if unable to lift or move an item over 30 pounds.

Camp Marbles
Playful, fun, creative and original, Camp Marbles has long been the community's favorite summer camp. Camp Marbles offers weekly themed camps with museum exhibit visits and active outdoor play for 3-9-year-olds. Campers explore engaging activities with a fun mix of hands-on play, crafts, and games. Summer camp begins June 1st and ends on August 28th of 2026.
The Opportunity
Make a real difference in a child's life! Marbles is hiring playful, engaging, energetic individuals to serve as Camp Hosts for the summer! The hosts will lead camp activities and supervise museum play while engaging campers in impactful play experiences within our exhibits, specialty themed camps, and IMAX movies. Job Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operation of an assigned camp group including before and aftercare.
Lead and assist with the planned activities including arts, crafts, sports, games, camping, and hobbies.
Focus on the safety and well-being of campers during each activity; teach participants the principles, techniques, and safety procedures for each activity.
Greet new arrivals and introduce them to other campers; explain camp and facility rules.
Facilitate engaging, hands-on, play-based learning experiences that foster relationships with and between campers.
Perform the camp opening and closing duties.
Assist with carpool duty to ensure an efficient and safe experience.
Communicate with caregivers; Report camper complaints to leadership and work to resolve issues.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Shift Supervision and training for Teen Play Corp volunteers.
Experience and Skill Requirements
1 year of experience in direct childcare (preferred).
Prior camp or equivalent experience is a plus.

First Aid and CPR certification a plus.
Experience working with neurodivergent children is a plus.
