Position Overview: The HR Operations Specialist plays a key multi-dimensional role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes, systems, and team members' experiences within FFTP. Strong knowledge of HRIS PAYCOM implementation and maintenance of modules like ATS, Payroll, Performance Management and Benefits is a MUST. This role requires PAYCOM HRIS administration and maintenance, benefits coordination, new hire onboarding, HR process management, payroll review, and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: HRIS Administration (35%) Maintain, update, and optimize HRIS system (Paycom), ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
