How this role contributes to the Y's mission: As a Y Head Start Resource Aide, you will work collaboratively with classroom teachers to provide classroom or individualized instruction as needed to support the goals and objectives of the children in your classroom. Role and Responsibilities: Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
