Support performance management processes, aiding with goal setting, performance evaluations, and associate development plans. Serve as a point of contact for associates, addressing inquiries promptly and providing guidance. Assist your HR Business Partner to resolve associate conflicts and disciplinary issues, adhering to company policies and legal requirements. Partner with the Store Support Center Human Resources and the Store Manager with policy, procedure, and initiatives. Maintain associate communication by removing outdated communications and posting current information on RK programs, benefits, schedules, location performance, wellness, safety compliance, and other pertinent information. Oversee the location's safety program including maintaining the accident/incident files, communicating daily safety topics, completing the safety audits, and completing accident reviews.
