The HR Manager leads and directs all aspects of the site's HR activities, including employee relations, team engagement, performance management, benefits, compensation, labor/regulatory compliance, recruiting, policy interpretation, and implementation of HR programs. This role will work very closely with the HR team at the sister site for continued cross-campus collaboration in Connecticut.
