We are seeking an Commercial Oven Repair Technician to join our fast-paced team. This position requires the ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment, primarily XLT & Middleby Marshall conveyor style ovens. RETAeC or ASF certification or graduation from a technical or trade school preferred. In addition, the Technician must possess an awareness and understanding of how to work safely while performing facilities and equipment repairs as well as preventative maintenance on all our restaurant equipment.
This is a full-time position that requires the ability be able to work flexible shifts including nights, some weekends, and rotating "On-Call" duty with other techs

Responsibilities
The role requires troubleshooting and repairing commercial kitchen equipment, primarily XLT & Middleby Marshall conveyor style ovens etc.

Communicate with manufacturers as needed to assist with diagnoses and parts identification.
Partner with unit managers to offer solutions and timelines that work for the business and the team.
Qualifications

Previous experience with service apps such as Corrigo, Service Channel or Titan preferred

What you will do

Position Summary
Duties of a Human Services Senior Supervisor include:
* The incumbent assigned to this position is a point of contact and responsible for managing and directing all operational aspects of the individual ward and or facility during the entire respective shift. Individuals assigned to this position are responsible and accountable for the health, safety, security and well-being of residents and staff assigned under their respective supervision and /or facility/ward as directed by the Residential Services Director FC SES or Human Services Administrator FC SES. Manages and supervises the daily ward operation and direct care staff engaged in the custody and care of vulnerable persons who are intellectually challenged.
* Assumes full administrative responsibility for the facility on an assigned shift and ensures emergency, safety, hygiene, and other conditions are sufficient to maintain quality client services and care.
* Functions as a role model for residents to reinforce the behavioral and social skills required to be successful in integrating into community and/or residential environments.

DDDP is a forensic facility working with individuals with disabilities in a secure setting. These individuals have been adjudicated by the courts as incompetent to proceed to trial and have significant behavioral and psychiatric issues. DDDP provides rehabilitative, vocational, and daily living skills training to the individuals served which allows for a smooth transition back into a non-secure residential or community setting.

Summary:
The Service Technician II provides maintenance, service, and repair for commercial HVAC, refrigeration, ice machines, reach-in and walk-in coolers, freezers, etc.
Details
* Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial HVAC & refrigeration.
* Communicates status updates for part order(s) and repairs with branch support and customer.
* Completes service calls accurately and timely.
* Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
* Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms are consistent with Whaley standards of safety.
* Meets on-call requirements.
Required Education | Experience
* Three years of experience in commercial HVAC and or refrigeration.
* Must be 18 years of age.
* Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
* Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standard.
Skills and Abilities
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot: an automotive, electrical, installation, and mechanical background is a plus.
* Journeyman License and or CFESA certification not required but would be a plus.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and soft skills.
* Good driving record

As a Cable Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional installation, relocation, troubleshooting, and auditing services for internet, cable, telephone, and alarm systems at our customers' premises. Cable experience is a requirement for this position, and we will provide you with a work truck to carry out your duties effectively.
Responsibilities:
Perform installations, relocations, troubleshooting, and audits of internet, cable, telephone, and alarm services at customer premises.
Adhere to company installation policies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Operate and maintain tools and equipment properly, organizing and stocking the company vehicle with necessary equipment to fulfill job requirements.
Prepare and maintain accurate time logs, reports, and related documentation in accordance with company and departmental policies.
Requirements:
Proficiency in using basic broadband installation tools and hand tools.
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 80 lbs., work at heights up to 30 ft., and in confined spaces, including attics.
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, adapting to different environments as necessary.
Possession of a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
Successful completion of thorough background checks and drug screenings.
Flexibility in work schedule, including availability to work weekends.
Minimum age requirement of 23 years or older.
