Uses sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs to generate new sales, retain existing insureds, and grow ACG's overall insurance book of business. Effectively overcomes objections to close the sale and/or retain the insured. Works to meet or exceed targets as defined in the sales incentive plan and goals assigned by leadership. Conducts insurance review for clients to identify a range of suitable products. Uses provided tools and applicable underwriting guidelines to assess risk, recommend appropriate products and related coverage, quote, bind and issue policies. Participates in local branch events, to solicit new business, create and expand business networks. Build rapport critical to establishing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and affinity to the AAA brand. Responds to customer inquiries and requests relating to insurance, membership, and financial products. Refer Members to other applicable lines of business (i.e., Travel & Financial Services) as deemed appropriate. Check us out on our website ************************** Primary Responsibilities Include: Build and maintain relationships with current Movement Insurance clients to renew and expand their insurance portfolios while obtaining best coverage and pricing Develop and support cross-selling strategies for both existing clients and new prospects Educate and communicate with clients about additional insurance options using a needs-based, client-focused approach Identify and overcome sales obstacles based on the unique needs and challenges of each prospect Understand various products from multiple carriers to help clients make the best purchase decisions Update client database to ensure prospective and past client information is accurate Consistently achieve monthly new business sales goals Skills Preferred: Genuine enthusiasm for the role insurance plays in helping clients manage everyday risks and recover from the unexpected Proven ability to self-manage and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency in completing tasks and meeting goals Creative problem-solver with the confidence to effectively handle client escalations Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and organized, with a drive to meet and exceed individual sales targets Strong customer service skills that enhance the overall sales process and client experience Open to feedback and dedicated to continuous personal and professional growth Base salary range: $40,000 to $55,000, plus new business commission Earning potential: Up to $100,000+ with commissions Role Requirements: Property and Casualty license in good standing or ability to acquire within 30 days of hire Sales experience with a successful track record of meeting goals and/or quotas High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred The expected salary range for this position is between: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
