Here's how an Estimating Intern for our Hawaii District office contributes to our team: Responsibilities Reviews and performs quantity survey assignment with lead or head estimator. Performs general sub-trade solicitation duties. Assists with bid document control. Performs bid-day assignments as per lead estimator. Supports updating and maintenance of subtrade database information. Use of in-house estimating software (BEST Estimating). Visits job sites periodically. Develops relationships with all stakeholders. Other duties as required. Qualifications Seeking a bachelor's degree or associate's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field. GPA of 3.0 or above. Desire to pursue a career in the construction industry after graduation. Ability to learn, understand, and/or apply basic construction principles to problem solve.
