Area Asset Protection Manager (AAPM) Lead Asset Protection activities for assigned units in accordance with company policies and procedures, in order to drive sales and profits. Customer Experience Managers (CXM) are members of the store leadership team that oversees execution of store standards across the entire store, including customer service, department readiness, and operational process. CXMs manage all activities required to ensure a safe opening and closing process. They coach associates, address customer service escalations, and perform Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities. General Description The Beauty Consultant is responsible for providing a personalized, engaging and fun shopping experience to clients, demonstrating beauty products and techniques, and leveraging in-depth product knowledge to enhance and enrich our client's lives.
