What perks? What benefits? The perk of receiving 5 dollars less than the actual Knoll employee and yet expected to work twice as hard? The benefit of working with gross sexist old men and nasty backstabbing women who treat temporary employees like trash?
Nothing, the CEO is corrupt and so is his leadership team, which explains temporary employees like myself who were treated like second class citizens.
How about taking responsibility for any human being that is injured on the property despite them being a temporary employee or not.
The staffing agency that hired me told me that it was temporary to permanent position which was a bunch of baloney. Knoll lead me on and I was exploited until they broke me.
What compensation? I get permanent spinal damage and Knoll walks away because I was a temporary employee and Knoll just let the staffing agency clean up the mess. Still pretty messy but what do you expect from a company that pays slave wages, no medical benefits and no retirement packages.
