Heather Friedman has found her dream job as Chief Marketing Officer for LifeLine Animal Project. She is a marketing and communications expert with over 22 years of experience. And, she specializes in brand marketing, communications, strategic campaign planning and digital marketing.

Before joining the nonprofit sector, Heather led marketing efforts at Moxie (the largest interactive agency in the Southeast). There, she created online experiences and marketing campaigns for Fortune 100 clients, such as Verizon, Home Depot, UPS and Home Decorators Collection.

She joined LifeLine Animal Project in 2015 to lead marketing and communications. And her vision helps drive adoptions, donations, volunteer engagement and overall awareness of the lifesaving mission. Hence, she is thrilled to be combining her marketing experience with her passion for animals. And above all, Heather is grateful to be part of an amazing team dedicated to saving lives and making Atlanta a no-kill community.

She and her husband have a lazy pup, a chatty cat and an energetic eight-year-old son.

Jennifer Eddy

Chief Development Officer

As Chief Development Officer for LifeLine Animal Project, Jennifer Eddy oversees all of the organization’s fundraising efforts. Since joining the team in 2013, she has more than quadrupled annual fundraising and grown the Board of Directors. Jennifer spearheaded a successful capital campaign (LifeLine’s first) in support of the LifeLine Community Animal Center. The center was opened in October of 2019.

Prior to LifeLine, Jennifer worked for the Women’s Sports Foundation (WSF), a national nonprofit based in New York. Early in her 12-year tenure, she directed the WSF’s national signature events and gradually took on more and more development oversight. She initiated the organization’s pursuit of federal funding in support of its grassroots programming for urban girls. By the end of her time with the WSF, Eddy and her teams had been responsible for raising over twenty million dollars in revenue and providing programming for over 300,000 underserved girls.

Jennifer lives in Atlanta with her partner, five-year-old son and two blonde blockheads.
