The Role
We're looking for a General Counsel to lead our legal function and protect Custom Capital's interests across all business activities. This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced attorney who can build legal infrastructure, provide transactional counsel, and guide the company through rapid growth.

Who You Are

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D) and State Bar License in good standing
8-12+ years of experience in a large law firm or corporate legal department
Strong business judgment; strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting; experience in capital projects, construction and engineering contracts, and/or real estate background is beneficial
Outstanding organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize deadlines
Ability to function independently and as a contributing team member
