The Breton Law Firm is seeking an ambitious attorney with 2 to 5 years of Florida practice experience in commercial and/or real property litigation. This is a full-time, in-office role at our Brandon office, serving clients across the Tampa Bay region.
This position is ideal for an associate who wants hands-on litigation experience, direct mentorship from a senior attorney, and the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful cases. You will work in high-stakes areas such as quiet title, fraud, failure to disclose, partitions, HOA/condo disputes, contract enforcement, and probate litigation.

Responsibilities
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and memoranda in court
Manage discovery and client communications in active litigation matters
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions
Handle commercial, real estate, and probate litigation cases
Contribute to a team-oriented environment with high standards for legal work
Requirements
Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
2-5 years of legal experience, with at least some litigation in our core areas
Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills
Comfortable with a workload that may require occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends to meet client deadlines
Willing to be mentored closely and trained in niche practice areas
Based in or willing to relocate to the Tampa Bay area (this is not a remote position)
Desire to grow within the firm long-term
