Create and maintain detailed transaction checklists, status trackers, and operational dashboards to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the pipeline
Qualifications:
Prior experience within a REIT, Commercial Real Estate lending, or Securitization environment is highly preferred.
Prior experience large/complex CRE transactions is a major plus (bridge, mezzanine, preferred equity, structured)
5-10 years of experience in real estate lending transaction management, CRE transactional paralegal work, commercial loan processing, deal operations, banking operations, structured finance execution support, or related fields.

We are partnering with a prestigious global luxury watch brand to hire a Trademark Specialist and IP, Paralegal to help build and shape a newly established in-house intellectual property function. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role that feels similar to outside counsel, while having the stability, influence, and long-term growth of an internal position.
You'll work closely with the Director of Intellectual Property and legal leadership to design processes, migrate portfolios, and bring trademark enforcement in-house for the first time.

Key Responsibilities
Support all aspects of U.S. and international trademark prosecution and enforcement
Prepare and file USPTO trademark applications, renewals, statements of use, and related filings
Manage trademark and domain name portfolios, including portfolio migration
Draft cease & desist letters and manage enforcement matters under attorney supervision
Coordinate with and oversee outside counsel and vendors
Monitor deadlines, office actions, watch notices, and potential infringement
Support TTAB matters, oppositions, cancellations, and anti-counterfeiting efforts
Help implement and manage a new case management/docketing system
What we're looking for
5+ years of trademark/IP paralegal experience (law firm or in-house)
Experience working with luxury, fashion, retail, or premium consumer brands
Background supporting or partnering with outside counsel
Hands-on experience with USPTO filings and trademark portfolio management
Strong conflict management skills (including cease & desist drafting)
Highly collaborative, low-ego, team-first mindset ➡️ cultural fit is critical
Comfortable building structure and process where none previously existed
