Cameron-Cole is seeking an Administrative Analyst II (CG03) to support our growing operations in Florida. This role is based in person at our Pensacola Florida office and is available as either a full time or part time position. The Administrative Analyst will support project teams by gathering, organizing, and validating data used for environmental, compliance, and business reporting while also providing essential administrative support. This role bridges administrative functions with technical data management, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery of information. Responsibilities include managing files and records, designing forms, preparing reports, and maintaining office procedures and policies. The specialist will create and format documents, spreadsheets, and visual materials using Microsoft Office and Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), while also supporting Directors and Project Managers with contract administration, scheduling, correspondence, and event planning. With minimal supervision, the role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information, and the ability to represent the company with both internal staff and external clients.
