SENIOR PROJECT LEADER DIVISION: Acquisitions and Development
The Senior Project Leader - Acquisitions will be accountable for the success of each affordable housing project including deal sourcing in targeted markets, preliminary deal evaluation, negotiation of purchases and related documents, procurement of financing, management of third-party consultants, and coordination of internal resources to facilitate a successful closing. 6. Coordinate tax credit and bond application submittals, additional subsidy requests, and lender applications
7. Review construction/rehab plans with Construction Management
8. Visit financing agencies to maintain relationships
9. Participate in strategic planning efforts for Development Department
10. Provides guidance and review work of Project Leaders and Analysts

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelors degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum, 7 years of relevant multifamily, affordable housing, real estate experience.
SKILLS/ABILITIES: Extensive understanding of affordable housing fundamentals, market dynamics, and economic and demographic drivers. Direct experience with tax credits, FHA mortgage programs, tax-exempt bonds, Section 8, and other sources of affordable housing financing.

Overview
The Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) manages large projects and proposals of high risk and significant complexity for the Power Delivery, Transmission and Substation and System Studies practices in the Energy Sector.
The Sr. PM manages assigned projects from the proposal stage through project completion. As a Senior Project Manager, Water, you will work on some of the most exciting and complex projects around focus on Project Leadership, Business Development, Seller/Do-er. Your Key Responsibilities
- Using your knowledge of advanced engineering principles, you design and oversee complex projects involving provision of potable water, disposal of wastewater and sewage, or prevention of flood-related damage.
- You lead and participate in pursuits and campaigns for major BC and Regional opportunities; engage directly in relationship development, positioning, win strategies and teaming.
- You engage in the development and maintenance of relationships between the Company, strategic partners, and clients to expand business opportunities.
- You maintain strong client relationships and help identify ""zipper"" approaches with key clients.
- You may manage one or more Key Client accounts.
- You're responsible for driving project delivery and excellence.
- You lead or assign responsibility for oversight of project delivery, QAQC, discipline excellence and technical quality, documents quality and best practices in the execution of work.
- You review contracts, fees and proposals on local and large pursuits, in partnership with our risk management team.
- You support marketing and business development professionals in positioning for potential projects, writing technical portions of proposals, participating in client interviews, and supporting negotiations for project contracts.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Engineering with an emphasis in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience.
- Experience and expertise with the design of water/wastewater conveyance and/or treatment projects.
- Experience with the design of water, sewer, and drainage infrastructure.
- Professional Licensed Engineer in the State of Ohio.
- Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.

Your Opportunity
As a Senior Project Manager, Conveyance your main focus will be on the planning and engineering design of water and wastewater infrastructure projects Our conveyance professionals think a lot about where water comes from, where it goes, and how it gets there. Your Key Responsibilities
- You perform complex engineering design tasks on water and wastewater projects through collaboration with a wide range of technical disciplines
