Responsibilities: A National Transit Database (NTD) Data Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely submission of data required for the monthly and annual reports for the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). This includes managing the collection, verification, analysis, and reporting on financial, operating, safety, and asset information according to federal guidelines. Data collection and management Oversee the data collection process from various departments, such as operations, finance, safety, and maintenance. Develop, implement, and maintain procedures for effective and accurate data collection and management. Serve as the primary subject matter expert and agency liaison for NTD reporting. Conduct regular quality control and validation procedures on all data before it is submitted. Ensure all reporting adheres to federal requirements, including NTD, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other FTA regulations.
