**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The SCADA & EPMS Technical SME is responsible for leading the successful integration, commissioning, and turnover of SCADA, EPMS, and controls systems across utility-scale Solar and Battery Energy Storage projects. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with developers/owners on complex systems and deliver projects on time. The SME will serve as the technical authority for all controls, communications, and monitoring systems from design validation through commissioning and final turnover.

Job Description
What our Sr. Manager Quality Systems will do:
Develop, administer, and maintain programs that assure the production of high quality food safe products.
Responsible for leading and directly overseeing the following areas: functional HACCP program; BRC standards, SOPs, allergen safety systems, GMPs, quality specification compliance, budget creation and compliance, and applying SPC to assure effective process control.
Manage the plant FS&Q training programs and food analytical testing procedures.
Trend and communicate plant KPI's, including customer/consumer complaints, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to drive improvement.
Support all regulatory and customer requirements and communications supporting the plant management and food safety team.
Partner with Plant Management, Production, Maintenance, and Sanitation to operationalize programs-turn standards into routines (pre‑op checks, process control limits, shift‑by‑shift verification).
Ensure root‑cause rigor (5-Why/Fishbone), action effectiveness checks, and timely closure; maintain dashboards and executive reporting of trend analyses.
Manage effectively and timely QA and food safety requests.
Direct alignment with the Quality and Food Safety team on organizational direction and goals.
Responsible for the management and development of direct reports, including effective use of feedback, salary planning, and reward and recognition programs.
Develops Statistical Process Control (SPC) Charts and provides effective feedback to all employees, Supervisors, and Managers.
Develop both Finished Goods and Raw Material specifications
Manages the scheduling, execution, and responses to required Customer audits.
Coordinates the FSSC document control processes.
Qualifications
Skills & experience that are necessary as our Sr. Manager Quality Systems will include, but not limited to:
Previous experience with Global GAP, GFSI-BRC audits, HACCP/HARPC a must.

5+ years' experience managing the Food Safety & Quality function with a minimum of 2 years as a manager.
Experience in food manufacturing and/ or distribution, as well as regulatory affairs, is required.
Management experience over a quality department is preferred
Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications, databases, and spreadsheets
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Job Summary
This position involves planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, and controlling all contract functions between Mesa Energy Systems and our client. This role is responsible for daily operations and maintenance, and reimbursable projects under the contract. Oversees the contract budget; supervision of project personnel, supervision of new construction and remodeling of facilities; repair and maintenance, and systematic inspection, planning, and accomplishing repairs to facilities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Prepares quarterly financial forecasts and monthly updates. Ensures that the contract is managed in a manner that meets all contractual requirements and Mesa Energy Systems financial goals.
Leads a team of technical employees. Responsible for maintaining a strong, trained, and disciplined workforce.
Manages the overall operations of the contract, including: the performance of daily operations, scheduled maintenance; administration of subcontracts for facilities work.
Evaluate and ensure the efficient operation of the project, controlling operational expenses at a minimum level that is consistent with sound maintenance practices and contractual requirements.
Provide administrative and technical direction and supervision to staff in completing work assignments.
Discuss, plan and delegate major project assignments to supervisory staff; determine building priorities that are of significant scope.
Ensures proper upkeep of facilities to include heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation, general appearance of buildings and grounds and emergency situations affecting the facilities.
Coordinates purchase of necessary supplies, equipment and services from appropriate sources and maintains proper inventory control, maintenance, and consumable supplies.
Maintains liaison with architects, engineers and contractors/ subcontractors engaged in plant expansion, renovation, or other major projects.
Maintains sufficient records, files, controls, procedures to insure management and work production.
Develop training sessions for employees who require them.
Maintains a strong safety program
Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, direct, and control all aspects of physical plant activities.
Ability to work with the customer to find mutually satisfactory solutions to difficult issues.
Ability to work with management systems and variety of skilled/unskilled, professional, administrative, and industry personnel.
Basic knowledge of office administration, plant management, reporting, budgeting and control, and business operations, blueprints, buildings, grounds, equipment, housekeeping, construction, repair, maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, fire, safety management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction discipline.
2+ years of demonstrated experience managing HVAC projects.
Must know about submitting written proposals, scopes of work, scheduling and coordinating site contractors and other assigned personnel; a thorough understanding of preventive maintenance schedules and operations and the ability to meet demanding customer requirements.
Strong experience with Windows and MS Office
Demonstrated skill at developing and nurturing client relationships.
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
Skilled in organizing and leading groups of people
Capable of working independently or as part of a team and adapting to changing priorities.
The individual must be able to walk throughout a large facility to include climbing stairs and walking on catwalks.

Job Description
What our Sr. Manager Quality Systems will do:
Develop, administer, and maintain programs that assure the production of high quality food safe products.
Responsible for leading and directly overseeing the following areas: functional HACCP program; BRC standards, SOPs, allergen safety systems, GMPs, quality specification compliance, budget creation and compliance, and applying SPC to assure effective process control.
Manage the plant FS&Q training programs and food analytical testing procedures.
Trend and communicate plant KPI's, including customer/consumer complaints, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to drive improvement.
Support all regulatory and customer requirements and communications supporting the plant management and food safety team.
Partner with Plant Management, Production, Maintenance, and Sanitation to operationalize programs-turn standards into routines (pre‑op checks, process control limits, shift‑by‑shift verification).
Ensure root‑cause rigor (5-Why/Fishbone), action effectiveness checks, and timely closure; maintain dashboards and executive reporting of trend analyses.
Manage effectively and timely QA and food safety requests.
Direct alignment with the Quality and Food Safety team on organizational direction and goals.
Responsible for the management and development of direct reports, including effective use of feedback, salary planning, and reward and recognition programs.
Develops Statistical Process Control (SPC) Charts and provides effective feedback to all employees, Supervisors, and Managers.
Develop both Finished Goods and Raw Material specifications
Manages the scheduling, execution, and responses to required Customer audits.
Coordinates the FSSC document control processes.
Qualifications
Skills & experience that are necessary as our Sr. Manager Quality Systems will include, but not limited to:
Previous experience with Global GAP, GFSI-BRC audits, HACCP/HARPC a must.
Ability to handle multiple complex projects and work under pressure in a high stress environment.
Exceptional self-starter independent leader who can follow through on action items and strong ability to get things done.
