About the role

Required qualifications
+ BS in Computer Science or related field (MS preferred)

+ Proven delivery with architects, principals, product, and program managers
+ Working knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, HTTP) and standard network architectures

Motor Technology, Inc., a national leader in providing superior quality and value in electro-mechanical repairs and services to our customers, is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Electric Motor Technician Supervisor for our shop. Since 1981, we have been an integral part of keeping national industries up and running smoothly and efficiently. We are a family-owned company that builds, services, and sells industrial motors, controls, gearboxes, and related driven equipment for advanced electric motor systems. Our Technicians are responsible for performing repairs on various kinds of electromechanical equipment.
The hours for this job are 3:00PM-11:30PM with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
Salary:
$34.00-$42.00 per hour
2nd shift employees receive a 12% shift differential that is included in the hourly rate.
Supervisors receive supervisor pay that will be determined based on experience and is not included in the hourly rate.
Responsibilities:
Delegate tasks to subordinates, teach and train to promote growth of individuals, and oversee/review tasks completed.
Rebuild and repair electrical/rotating equipment such as electric motors (AC and DC), pumps, fan/blower assemblies, gearmotors, reducers, etc.
Read job cards to determine job status, work authorizations/limitations, estimate, description of problems, and/or expected serviceability.
Complete required forms on the computer system for each job accurately.
Operate specialized repair and testing equipment, and other equipment as needed.
Lift (using forklift or overhead crane), tighten, adjust and/or secure heavy objects in order to perform work duties.
Observe all safety procedures and use proper protective gear.
Qualifications:
Required 7+ years of experience as a Technician on rotating equipment. Preference will be given to those with experience in an electric motor repair setting.
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to understand, perform, and retain skill-related training, and operational and safety procedures
Good computer skills
Provide tools and toolbox
Able to lift up to 50lbs
Willing to be on call one weekend every 5 weeks

**Responsibilities**

+ Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional partners to ensure technical and strategic alignment on customer accounts.
+ Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM and customer success platforms to ensure visibility across Customer Success, Product, and Support teams.
+ Provide insights on common technical challenges or adoption blockers to inform enablement content and product roadmap planning.
**Qualifications**
+ 2-5 years in a technical customer-facing role within SaaS, preferably HR Tech (ATS, HCM, or HRIS).
+ Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, APIs, data integrations, and cloud technologies (e.g., REST APIs, SSO, SFTP, etc.).
+ Experience supporting enterprise clients with complex technical ecosystems.
+ Proven ability to translate technical detail into business value for HR and IT stakeholders.
+ Familiarity with iCIMS or comparable HR systems.
+ Experience using CRM and customer success tools (Salesforce, Gainsight etc.)
+ Customer-obsessed with a proactive, consultative mindset.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, across both technical and business audiences.
