Appointed President, Manufacturing Intelligence division in 2020, Paolo Guglielmini leads the strategic and commercial development of Hexagon’s Smart Factory Solutions in the world of manufacturing. He has served in key roles since joining Hexagon in 2010 - from strategy and business development to mergers and acquisitions - and most recently as the president over Hexagon's Smart Factory design & engineering portfolio. Prior to joining Hexagon, he held positions at CERN, European Organization for Nuclear Research (in Switzerland) and Accenture (in Italy). Guglielmini holds a Master of Science in Engineering and Master of Business Administration.

Bruce Engelmann is a Chief Technology Officer at MSC Software. He studied at Northwestern University.

Roger Assaker is a Chief Executive Officer at MSC Software, Chief Material Strategist at MSC Software, and Chief Executive Officer at Hexagon and is based in Santa Ana, California. He has worked as Senior R&D Engineer at Goodyear; Board Member at Fonds National de la Recherche (FNR), Luxembourg; and Co-Founder & CEO at e-Xstream engineering, part of Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division. Roger works or has worked as VICE CHAIRMAN at NAFEMS, MEMBER at Society For The Advancement Of Material And Process Engineering, and MEMBER at Sony Pictures Entertainment. He studied at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Harvard Law School between 2012 and 2012, and Sacred Heart University between 2000 and 2003.
