**Job Description:**
The Training Support Center (TSC) provides training support for all various military training efforts. Training Support Center services contract includes Training Support Center Operations and Maintenance, Devices, CTS, EIC, Supply and administrative and information management functions.
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Warehouse Manager (Site Lead) to oversee the accountability, issue, turn-in, and shipment of military training devices provided.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Oversees the accountability, issue, turn-in, and shipment of military training devices provided included rotational support distribution items such as: minefield marking equipment, simulated shape charges, simulated improvised explosive devices (IEDs), etc.
+ Repairs and preventative maintenance, part replacement, and installation of new military training devices. Preventive maintenance (Level 1) includes servicing, adjusting, aligning and tightening of several different types of training components.
+ Supervises the operations of the TSC Warehouse managing the receipt, inventory, accountability, issue, turn-in, shipment, and storage responsibilities for equipment required to support training.
+ Plans and execute all issue/turn-in operations.
+ Coordinates with Rotational Unit and Government for MILES/TADSS usage and assignment of priorities.
+ Overseas personnel in their daily activities to include the receipt, inventory, accountability, issue, turn-in, shipment, and storage responsibilities of equipment required to support training.
+ Plans and supervise the monthly 10% inventory of equipment and hazardous materials.
+ Supervise daily data collections and preparation of all required reports. Supervise and manage an accurate daily inventory listing of all equipment and material assigned to the TSC Warehouse.
+ Ensure all equipment is properly documented in TS-MATS Automation system. Ensure all unserviceable items are properly documented and turned over to the TS-MATS Repair facility in a timely manner.
+ Ensures returned equipment is documented correctly in TS-MATS Automation system and placed back into service.
+ Supervises and leads assigned personnel in their daily activities to include scheduling, training, and safety.
+ Manage the daily safety and compliance inspections for the TSC Warehouse.
+ Adheres to the company, site, local directives, memoranda, policies and procedures.
+ Support quality/ISO, SOP updates, and work instruction updates, security of equipment, safety and training programs
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent.
+ Associate's degree in management or related field is preferred.
+ Practical experience with Army logistics management systems and associated military systems for stock control and supply records keeping is strongly desired.
+ Must have four (4) years' experience in training support center operations, military automated warehouse operations or civilian equivalent warehouse operations.
+ Working knowledge with MILES, CREW, VISMODS, TADSS and Supply Chain Management is required.
+ Capable of reassigning personnel from one task to another at point of time when so required.
+ Must have experience pertaining to property accountability, usage, and appropriate disposition to interpret and apply guidance in Army property accountability regulations.
+ Proof of US citizenship or US permanent residency.
+ Must have a valid driver's license, maintain Installation driving privileges.

Job Description
AECOM has an exciting opportunity for an entry-level Geologist to join the Environmental Remediation team in our Minneapolis, Minnesota office. You will work with a diverse team of technical leaders across a broad range of practice areas delivering remediation consulting services to our key clients.
This position is expected to begin in February/June 2026.
This position also requires excellent written and spoken communication skills, organizational and time management skills, flexibility to work on a multitude of diverse projects, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills. You will work with a diverse team of technical leaders across a broad range of practice areas delivering remediation consulting services to our key clients.

Internship Program Qualifications:
* Must be enrolled full-time in a 4-year university/college pursuing an ABET accredited degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Agricultural or Aerospace Engineering or Engineering Technology at the time of application and throughout the program.
* Must have completed 30 semester hours before the start of the internship.
If a transfer student must have 12 semester hours completed at a 4-year university
* Minimum 3.0/4.0 Cumulative Grade Point Average (no rounding) at current institution
* Must be able to relocate to Peoria, IL area or indicated work location for the duration of the internship and complete daily work commute using reliable transportation

What to Expect
As a Logistics Associate your role is pivotal to our team, you will safely and accurately track grief parts, update their status, facilitate speedy transfer to our teams on our production line, and communicate and escalate issues as needed to support uninterrupted production of assembly lines and fabrication work centers.
What To Expect Do Day to Day
As a Logistics Associate you can expect to track incoming parts, updating their status as they transfer through receiving, inspection, sort, rework, stocking locations, and releasing - escalating when issues arise, assisting with root cause identification and corrective action development for material handling related quality and velocity.
Additionally, you will regularly communicate with supported lines to expedite material planning. Maintain and track complex SAP and Microsoft Office transactions that correspond to physical material movements or requirements, as well as maintain other electronic documentation. You will regularly take initiative to identify, document, communicate and correct problems, report discrepancies and recommend solutions. You may participate in support projects as needed.

Pay Rate and Schedule:
The position includes an extension wage of $22.05/hour, along with a comprehensive day-one benefit program, generous time off, and retirement benefits with a matching program and separate company contribution!
Openings available on
1st shift: Monday - Friday, 6 a.m. - 2 p.m
. Overtime opportunities may be available on a voluntary basis based on business needs and with leader prior authorization.
Required Qualifications for Consideration (minimum):
Experience operating material handling equipment (i.e. counterbalance, turret, reach, picker).
Experience distributing and managing counts of parts
Two years' experience in logistics/warehousing
Two years' experience using Mach 1 / SAP
