The ideal candidate has a knack for numbers and details. This position requires 90 days in office training and then transitions to hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days in office).     Responsible for processing payroll and performing clerical duties in an efficient manner by performing the following duties: • Prepares payroll and resolves discrepancies. • Transmits payroll data to payroll service in a timely manner. • Prepares and mails financial and tax reports and payments as required to comply with external reporting requirements. • Maintains confidential personnel files related to payroll such as time cards, sick time, vacation and holiday schedules, and child support and garnishment. • Prepares and mails mandatory checks for garnished deductions to the appropriate party as needed. • Responds to employee inquiries regarding amount and receipt of check, overpayments and any other payroll questions. • Maintains updated reports. • Operates standard office equipment. • Performs other related duties as assigned.
