Power to Decide CEO and leadership

Raegan is a board certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist with a background in women’s reproductive health, public health, and international health. Raegan uses her voice as a physician advocate to elevate important issues of our time such as tackling healthcare disparities and the role of racism in differential health outcomes. Dr. McDonald-Mosley is dedicated to improving the reproductive health outcomes for women in her community, as well as other underserved regions of the world.

Julie Satterwhite is a Consultant at Consultant and Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer at Power to Decide and is based in Portland, Oregon. She has worked as Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer at Alliance for a Healthier Generation; Manager, Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting at Home Forward; and Sr Mgr, Financial Planning & Analysis at NIKE Inc.. Julie attended University of Portland between 1985 and 1988.

Scott LaGrand is a Chief Development Officer at Power to Decide and is based in Washington d.c. Metro Area. He has worked as VP Workplace Giving/Youth Market, Director Corporate Relations/Youth Market at American Heart Association; Professional Athlete at American/International Hockey Leagues; and Vice President of Development at Clinton Foundation. Scott attended The Hotchkiss School between 1988 and 1992 and BOSTON COLLEGE between 1989 and 1992.
