A strong understanding of high-volume retail and commercial awareness. Proven ability to identify and capitalize on future trends. Experience in apparel retail sales, retail store management, and/or merchandising. Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills, especially under pressure. Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
