Maintains all ATM machines, Bill Breakers, Auto Tellers. • Checks coin/currency in coin/currency machines daily. • Responds to guests that are having a problem with machine(s). • Fills cassettes for the machines. • Completes all paperwork associated with machines. • Contacts repair person if needed. • Fulfills the responsibility of cashier or main bank cashier if needed. • Ensures that excellent guest service is provided. • Ensures strict confidentiality in all aspects of the job. • Adheres to all Internal Control Policies and Procedures, Department, and Safety Policies.
