Production Supervisor GENERAL SUMMARY: Coordinates and directs the activities of the production department to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining quality. Inspects product to verify production specifications are met. Trains and supervises production personnel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as production demands may require.
• Ensures that all applicable state and federal requirements are met regarding OSHA, food safety, and fair employment practices in assigned area of responsibility.
• Supervises the day-to-day activities of production operations and personnel to meet established production and quality control standards.
• Ensures activities meet short-term goals established for production continuity and balance such as creating shift schedules, ordering materials, machine loading, grievance resolution, and equipment maintenance.
• Works with other plant function areas as needed to ensure support in attaining output, productivity, and quality.
• Schedules, trains, and motivates production labor force to ensure consistent attainment of production schedules at optimum productivity and cost levels. Interviews and recommends individuals for open positions.
• Recommends improvements in production flow or methods.
• Uses operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and to improve product quality.
• Notifies management personnel of machines and/or equipment that could be modified to improve production and quality of products.
Performs other related duties as assigned to support production demands as may be specified by customer or client.

Basic Qualifications:

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/METHODS:
All employees are required to attend employee and safety orientation prior to performing the above duties. Once the employee completes this training they will be assigned to a Supervisor who will further orient the employee to the workplace, introduce him/her to employees and other supervision, demonstrate work assignment and explain ingress and egress procedures to and from work station. A training buddy may be assigned to new employees for a period to assist in further training and indoctrination.
TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES:
Those responsible for training and indoctrination may include: personnel representatives, safety director, supervisors, and lead workers.
METHOD OF TRACKING EMPLOYEE PROGRESS:
The area manager is accountable for tracking employee progress and performance.
EXIT TRAINING FOR MEASURING TRAINING EFFECTIVENESS:
A specific probationary period is assigned to all employees hired to evaluate employee effectiveness and performance. At the end of this period the supervisor will evaluate the job performance of each new employee utilizing current forms and procedures in effect at that time. The employee will be rated and evaluated on essential work duties listed above as well as attendance, tardiness, interaction with co-workers and management, attitudes and work actions. Unacceptable performance of duties and disciplinary actions will be documented on corrective action reports and appropriate personnel records. Absent any negative actions, the employee may be eligible for a wage increase according to the wage and salary policies in effect at that time.

Review production schedules, assign tasks appropriately, and address schedule adjustments while ensuring proper staffing and equipment performance.
Prepare and maintain all necessary paperwork and records for the shift, ensuring smooth communication with off-going and on-coming shifts.

Plant Sanitation ManagerThe Plant Sanitation Manager is responsible for ensuring the Niagara Bottling Plant cleaning and sanitation policies and standards are met. The primary focus of the Sanitation Manager is to ensure the Niagara cleaning and sanitation systems protect food safety and quality of our beverages and bottled water. The Sanitation Manager position reports into the Plant Director or Sr. Operations Manager.
Essential Functions
Responsible for assuring all Sanitation staff are working in a safe manner and are using proper PPE during their activities.
Responsible for directing staff to assure all sanitation requirements are covered on every shift.
The Sanitation Manager will develop, publish, maintain, and/or approve all plant specific cleaning and sanitation procedures, records and standards for our bottled water and beverage production. These procedures must meet the Niagara Corporate Quality cleaning and sanitation polices.
Ensure the cleaning and sanitation requirements are met for the entire plant; including microbiological sampling/testing, verification and validation. Support the QA Department with GMP, FDA, SQF and Co-packer audits.
Develop and track the metrics, insuring cleaning and sanitation requirements are met. These metrics should include (but are not limited too) chemical cost, CIP frequencies/times, microbiological test results and GMP plant audits. Work directly with the approved chemical supplier to track/trend these metrics.
Work with an approved chemical supplier and plant team to conduct verification and validation of cleaning and sanitation.
Assist in troubleshooting and problem solving food safety and quality issues.
Insure the plant uses approved chemicals for cleaning and sanitation.
Implement a cleaning and sanitation Training Program for CIP, COP, and environmental cleaning and sanitation. This should include, but not be limited to chemical safety, CIP/COP basics, external cleaning, sanitary maintenance oversight, etc.
Provide an environmental oversight to the sanitation processes at the plant. Inform the Plant Engineer of any potential wastewater or discharge issues.
Maximize the use of Niagara's document control software, quality systems or other CIP monitoring software systems for sanitation/cleaning documentation and record keeping.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.

Geronimo Power is seeking a Solar and BESS Plant Manager to join our team. The Plant Manager will manage the onsite day to day direction for the safe and reliable operation of the 270 MW solar facility 180 MW BESS facility near Waco, TX. The Plant Manager is responsible for leading a safe, high performing operations team of Field Technicians. Responsibilities
Ensure the solar/BESS plant provides maximum availability/reliability in a safe, economical, and proactive manner by providing direction and supervision to operations personnel.
Ensure strict management and compliance of all company and project environmental, health and safety (EHS) programs.
Communicate regularly with various departments: environmental health & safety, engineering, asset management, and other personnel to ensure satisfaction of internal/external customer requirements.
Hiring key personnel, establish training, work and safety procedures, maintenance schedules, and other critical areas required as part of self-performance of operations and maintenance.
Perform staffing activities, counseling, coaching, training, and corrective actions of subordinate employees. Prepare performance evaluations per company instructions and guidelines.
Manage site environmental permits and site vegetation management strategy
Assist team with NERC compliance and other regulatory requirements as determined.
Assist in preparing annual budget for the site and maintain operating expenses within.
Participate in and promote job/work package safety analysis, job site safety observations, audits, safety meetings, safety training, and injury/event assessment.
Manage day to day activities of the site completing all scheduled preventative work in a timely manner and performing corrective maintenance.
Tracking all activities at site and ensure documentation is filed as needed, specifically withing the company's computerized maintenance management system

Qualifications
Four-year college degree or technical school certificate; or 5 years of related experience or power industry training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated experience in electrical facility operations and maintenance including a minimum of 5 years' experience in a broad range of renewable or other power generation development, design, permitting, construction, or operations. Aseptic Production Operator LeadThis position is responsible for collaborating with the Production Supervisor to assist with daily operations of the production floor; ensuring the shift meets established safety, quality, and production goals in compliance with all applicable legal and food safety requirements.
Essential Functions
Assists Production Supervisor with daily activities of assigned shift, ensuring product adheres to Niagara's standard of safety, quality, and throughput.
Communicates with previous shift regarding any challenges and opportunities on the production lines to prepare for the shift.
Conducts walkthroughs throughout the shift to verify safety, housekeeping, and quality compliance.
Assists supervisor with batching minerals (if applicable) and preparing production lines for scheduled changeovers.
Orders and inspects raw materials prior to changeovers to ensure correct inventories for production runs. Performs first pass quality checks after changeovers to prevent non-conforming product. Returns raw materials after completion of production runs.
Verifies discrete jobs are correct in Oracle (including quality and bill of material list), Warehouse Management System, and/or Line Management System.
Supports Production Supervisor with hourly and/or end of shift production reports.
Utilizes the Efficiency Improvement Tools to understand and comment on line downtime and communicates appropriately per the escalation plan.
Adheres to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
Abides by Niagara's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards at all times.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
Ability to work 12 hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or schedule as dictated by production demand.

Summary/Objective
The Production Leader leads and develops the skid assembly production team, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while meeting delivery, cost, and customer commitments.
Essential Functions
· Supervises and leads the direct labor team in skid assembly once operations are established, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety goals are met.
· Assists in onboarding personnel and collaborates with leadership, Engineering, and SCM on production readiness and team integration.
· Assigns daily work priorities, monitor performance, and adjust staffing/resources to meet production schedules.
· Ensures compliance with all safety regulations, PPE usage, and 5S/housekeeping standards on the skid assembly floor.
· Partners with Quality Engineers to monitor product conformity and support corrective actions when issues arise.
· Provides coaching, training, and performance feedback to production associates to foster growth and accountability.
