The Project Executive is responsible for the overall leadership, financial performance, and successful delivery of large-scale multifamily construction projects throughout Southern California. Reporting to the ProgramManager, the Deputy ProgramManager (PM), Army Depot Operations will directly support the ProgramManager (PM) in achieving HWAD program objectives, and serve as the Acting ProgramManager in the absence of the PM. What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
* An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
* Associate's degree in engineering, science, business, or related field with 15+ years of relevant management experience OR Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or related field with eight (8) years of relevant management experience OR Master's degree with six (6) or more years of relevant management experience.
* Within the last (10) ten years, (6) six of those years he/she must have supervised a minimum of 100 personnel in installation operations/facility management.

Minimum Qualifications
5-10 years working in the event, entertainment industry or marketing spaces
5+ years in managing high profile events and partnerships, working with emerging and established talent, delivering a broad spectrum of output including series content/formats, experiential and live
Experience working with extraordinary brands, innovation, large cross functional teams and an understanding of the logistics for programming of all types
Experience navigating and executing multiple large-scale projects with high visibility simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to manage multiple cross-functional teams include and are not limited to: Programming, Production, Creative, Product Marketing, Public Relations, Retail Operations, Internal Communications, Training, Merchandising, Finance, Online Store, Store Strategies, Publishing, Procurement, and Marcom.
