1998 10 Year Anniversary PRWT is awarded a prime contract to manage San Francisco’s parking and red light traffic services and becomes a prime contractor for managing the Delaware River Port Authority’s manual toll collections on weekends/holidays.
2000 PRWT acquires www.usfacilites.com from Halifax Technical Services, the first time a minority-owned business acquires a publicly traded company.
The Company continued to excel in performance and was awarded the United States Conference of Mayors Excellence in Public/Private Partnership Award in 2001.
2001 - Our back-office services evolved and grow into full business process outsourcing (BPO) operations for government, agency, transportation, healthcare, and corporate clients.
