It's a culture where you have the freedom to experiment and push your talents as far as they can go.Job Title: RecruiterType of Position: Full time Location: RemotePay: 50k - 100k:As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter who will do full-cycle recruiting across all levels of employees.The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of attorneys, paralegals, legal support staff, Marketing/Accounting/Technology professionals and executive recruitment across multiple offices in multiple states.This role will partner with hiring managers and the rest of the HR team to develop and execute effective hiring strategies that align with the firm's goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal recruiting, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Key Responsibilities:
Involved in full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for all levels of employees.
Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top legal talent across multiple states.
Develop, track and analyze recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements and recommendations.
Partner with firm leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with firm goals.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified legal professionals through networking, referrals, job postings, and industry events.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and guidance throughout the hiring process.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Negotiate job offers, including compensation and benefits, in alignment with firm policies.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to enhance employer branding and market the firm as an employer of choice.
Stay informed of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in recruiting. Legal recruitment experience, either in a law firm or legal staffing agency is a plus.
Strong understanding of the legal industry, attorney hiring trends, and employment law.
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously across different locations.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience recruiting in multiple states with an understanding of regional hiring nuances.
Strong network within the legal industry.
SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field a plus.

We specialize in placing experienced professionals and leadership level executives in growing industries like IT, healthcare, banking/finance, automotive, hospitality, restaurants and many others. We have had an overflow of 150 new work orders and can use your expertise. Strong relationships with major companies and across many different industries nationwide provides a continuous pipeline of orders. Must have basic computer skills including typing, web browsing and email, and must have excellent written, interpersonal and oral communication skills. Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
* Updating and posting ad content for our orders.
* Contacting & responding to candidates via email, job boards, and social media and coordinating interviews.
* Following up with qualified candidates, building and maintaining relationships, and facilitating hiring process.
* Compliance with our standardized recruitment practices. Training will be virtual (online and telephonic - you will not need to come to our office). We will be training several recruiters together so you must be comfortable working with a team, and enjoy working and learning from successful professionals who have many years of experience. You must be able to attend 3-4 business and training sessions each week. We are looking for either experienced recruiters who have worked independently or with a staffing company (perm/ PRN/ contracts/temp-to-hire) or coachable, energetic, and financially motivated candidates who are serious about pursuing a new career in recruiting.
You can work full or part-time but you must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
We will train the right person on sourcing, interviewing, contract negotiations, and placing experienced professionals, so no experience is necessary. Learn a marketable skill for a growing industry worth billions of dollars.
A dedicated back office support staff helps with billing and many other administrative duties. And a strong sales team is dedicated to searching the market for new job orders.
Compensation - Commission - at $7,500 to $22,000 per permanent placement. $2,000 to $4,000 per temp or travel placement
