Knowledge of and skill in farming operations and cattle handling. Mechanical knowledge and maintenance skills for emergency repair of equipment. Effective interpersonal skills. Display solid performance standards, be reliable and dependable. Ability to work effectively and positively within a team environment. Possess a valid driver's license.
