Develop relationships with current customers and potential customers within specific territory
Assist customers by providing knowledge and training company products to their store personnel, to ensure personnel is able to present product and negotiate well with consumers

Manage displays, samples, and selling tools for customer availability.
Understand retail business financials to consult with dealers on retail pricing, advertising, promotions and ROI.

Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of company's delivery schedules.
Review and analyze various sales reports to identify sales potential with current customers and potential new customers
Utilize any and all marketing tools such as catalogs, brochures and vendor collateral to broaden reach in territory and promote company product
Research and analyze customer needs and demands based on market information
Investigate and resolve customer claims/problems with deliveries, returns and credits
Attend trade shows throughout the year as required
Travel 40% - 80% locally, occasionally nationally and/or internationally.

Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required
Two (2) plus years' experience in channel distribution sales
Minimum of 2 years of related industry experience; natural stone, slab or hard flooring industries.
Minimum 2 years of outside B2B sales experience
Strong math skills calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, area, and volume.
Ability to determine solutions for customers.
Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
Intermediate computer proficiency.
Valid driver's license.
Willing to travel up to 75% of the time Industry experience highly preferred; Countertop, Distribution and Building Materials Sales experience preferred.

Your Role:
SalesDevelopmentRepresentatives are crucial in generating new business for the company by creating market awareness, identifying potential clients, and qualifying leads through inbound and outbound channels. Their primary responsibility is to turn leads into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing and sales to execute lead-generation phone and email campaigns. They develop relationships with prospects and act as the initial point of contact, working towards scheduling demonstrations for their assigned Regional Sales Managers (RSMs).
Conduct outbound cold calls, develop email campaigns, and use other social mediums, such as LinkedIn, to educate and demonstrate the value of our solutions to prospects
Research target leads and personas and create an analysis of the prospect before handing them off to a Regional Sales Manager(s) or Account Executives
Refine your sales skills, and quickly learn about the healthcare industry and our product offering to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions and overcome objections and competitive questions

Position Overview
We're looking for a motivated, data-minded and detail-oriented Sales Ops Specialist (Contract-to-Hire) to support both our Creator Acquisition (AE) and Creator Success (CSM) teams. This is a full-time, 3-month contract-to-hire role designed for recent grads or early career professionals looking to gain experience at a fast-growing startup. You'll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally, supporting both outbound sales initiatives and creator success strategies. This role has potential to convert to a full-time role based on performance.
You'll play a key role in activating lead lists, crafting outreach, optimizing internal tools, and helping build the resources that empower creators to succeed on Passes.
What You'll Do
Lead Outreach & Engagement
Use existing lead lists to engage creators via DMs and other platform-native touchpoints
Craft personalized, strategic outreach messages that capture attention and drive responses
Run A/B tests and message experiments to boost reply rates and improve targeting
Track outreach performance, identify trends, and suggest optimizations to increase qualified meetings
Internal Tools & Team Support
Build and refine internal tracking tools (Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, etc.) to monitor outreach effectiveness
Assist AEs with updating pitch decks, creator case studies, and other outbound sales materials
Partner with CSMs to improve onboarding documentation, FAQs, and training content
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that strengthen internal processes and reduce manual work
Join team meetings and assist with special projects across Sales, Success, and Ops

Familiar with (and excited by) the creator economy, digital media, and platform operations
Bonus: You've dabbled in content creation or follow creators closely across platforms
