Fenceworks is currently seeking an inside salesrepresentative with at least three years of sales experience. The sales rep is responsible for identifying and developing home builders and General Contractor relationships and expanding our presence in the market. While not required, our ideal candidate will have fencing or construction sales experience and estimating knowledge and/or experience.
Responsibilities
· Foster relationships with current home builders and General Contractor customers and new prospects.
· Generate prospects through Bid websites (e.g., Building Connected, Bid Mail).
· Obtain all required bid documents; including but not limited to site plans, fence specifications, and field measurements.
· Provide pricing based on specification and review with Sales Manager.
· Present proposal and follow up on bid within a timely manner to address or answer questions or comments.
· Maintain communication with superintendents and purchasing throughout job.
· Participate in sales meetings, training, trade shows, or other off-site functions as required
Qualifications:
· At least 2 years of Sales experience
· Ideal familiarity and experience in construction-related roles or the fencing industry.
· Must be able to prospect effectively and close sales
· Basic Microsoft Office skills
· Experience with CRM is a plus
· Familiarity with Building Connected and Bid Mail is a plus
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen

Job Responsibilities
Identify high-quality leads through a series of qualifying questions
Prospect into and build relationships with automotive industry decision-makers
Generate new leads through outbound cold calling and emailing; manage inbound leads as well
Tailor messaging to align with dealership-specific operational needs and pain points
Maintain a high call volume of 60+ cold calls per day
Stay up-to-date with trends and evolving needs in the auto dealership landscape
Use our tech stack including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach to properly note and manage accounts
Become an expert on our product and services to effectively demonstrate our value proposition
Perform additional duties and tasks deemed appropriate for position by supervisor
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with working hours from 7am-4pm PST
Skills & Requirements
2+ years of BDR, SDR, or outbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment
1+ years experience selling into the automotive industry (dealerships, OEM vendors, auto SaaS platforms, etc.)
Familiarity with CRM/DMS systems used in automotive dealerships (e.g., Dealertrack, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds)

The Sales Consultant has the primary responsibility to follow the steps that management has created to result in a successful vehicle sale and long-term customer retention.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Make regular customer contacts by the means outlined by management such as floor time, phone “ups”, mail, and personal visits.
Maintain a record of all customer contacts and regularly report the progress to the sales manager.
Obtain the training necessary for factory qualifications.
Perform regular and scheduled contacts with previous customers and report the performance to the sales manager.
Take test-drives with customers according to management's guidelines for personal safety.
Present to management all offers made by customers to purchase vehicles.
Prepare and process the required paperwork to finalize the vehicle sale.

Follow all dealership processes and procedures to ensure an excellent rating on the sales, delivery and follow up processes from each customer.
Follow up with each customer to ensure their complete satisfaction.
Arrange the first service appointment for customers and contact the customer before and after the first appointment.
Acquire and maintain total product knowledge; capability of communicating all features and benefits of all models; knowledge of competition's features, benefits, and shortcomings; effective use of demonstration rides to reinforce
product features; knowledge of complete inventory, both in stock and in process; participate in training programs, product seminars, competitive comparison meetings, crest club, certified consumer consultant programs, gold key delivery, etc.
