Job Description The Residential Monitor is responsible for monitoring the ongoing operation of the Transitional Housing Program and facility to always ensure adequate supervision and safety. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain the overall security and operational control of the facility. Maintain chronological written records of events that occur during the shift and document any unusual occurrences in the facility logbook. Complete statistical reports, daily census reports, incident reports and additional reports or forms deemed necessary. Monitor resident and visitor movements inside and outside the facility. Control access to this cabinet, and ensure residents document the dosage they take in the medication log. Participate and obtain certification in crisis management and first aid/CPR.
