Under limited supervision, the Security Officer provides security and protection of work site(s), personnel and assets at the assigned job site. Enforces safety measures, performs regular patrols of assigned premises, and responds to incidents based on established operational procedures. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but the company may identify other responsibilities of the position. Overview Surveillance Operator The Surveillance Operator's main function is to provide a friendly and safe environment for guests and team members while protecting company assets. Responsibilities Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees Exercise good judgment in solving problems and resolution of guest issues Uphold and enforce gaming regulations, company policies, and procedures, as well as all Federal and State laws and regulations Read, interpret, and analyze security reports and other company documents daily.
