Summary and Qualifications: The primary purpose and function of the Sr. Specialist, Campus Recruitment is to develop early talent pipelines and support full lifecycle recruitment for new graduate doctors in partnership with the field and greater Talent Acquisition, execute university relations strategies, and support execution of the DVM and VT externships, student job program and student ambassador program. This position performs full lifecycle recruiting and provides the highest level of staffing services while guiding clients/hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. About You: * 15+ years of Talent Acquisition/People Ops experience with at least 7 years managing teams and Talent transformations. * Proven ability to scale a TA organization in high-growth, tech environments. * Experience recruiting across engineering and operations, filling hard-to-fill roles as well as non-exempt production workforce. * Hands-on experience leading executive searches (VP → C-suite) with creative sourcing and high-touch processes. * Ideally both big tech and startup experience. * Proven track record selecting, implementing, and driving adoption of Talent technology (ATS, CRM, automation, analytics, assessment tools). * High EQ with the ability to communicate articulately and effectively across the business. * Metrics-first mindset: comfortable building and using dashboards, running experiments, and driving decisions from data. * Trusted advisor to senior leaders; proven ability to influence without relying on authority. * Passion for building high-performing teams and having a positive attitude.
