* Cumulative effects of such proposals are analyzed to minimize the impact to aviation while balancing the need for construction
* Coordination of aeronautical information within established channels of communication and relationships both within and outside the FAA to ensure expeditious receipt, effective processing, and issuance of time-critical NAS flight data
* External Supplemental List - The candidate will coordinate actions related to the External Supplemental List including the processing of:
* Administrative extension requests
* Terminating aeronautical studies when a structure has been demolished
* Processing FAA Form 7460-2, Part I and/or Part II notifications within the iOEAAA program
* Handling of Paper Obstruction Evaluation Filings - The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the project sponsor to either file have them file electronically or where appropriate input the data contained on the paper document into an electronic application
* OE/AAA Customer Service - The candidate will assist first time obstruction evaluation filers through the process of filing an OE case using the external OE/AAA site
* Respond to Non Rulemaking Airports (NRA) Cases - The candidate will conduct coordination with Airport Division specialists on issues found during NRA reviews (ex: incorrect airport data) along with providing the Obstruction Evaluation Group responses on NRA studies within iOEAAA program
* Conduct Follow-Ups on Project Status Request (PSR) Letters - The candidate will process FAA Form 7460-2, Part I and/or Part II notifications and if necessary, as well as generating Termination letters for non-responses to PSR letters within iOEAAA program
The successful candidate will have:
* Bachelors degree (desired) or equivalent practical experience
* A minimum of 10 years experience as a Certified Professional Controller (CPC)
* Experience, within the last three years, working with complex automation tools, CAD software, or similar applications
* Practical experience doing technical work, especially if related to obstruction evaluation or terminal instrument procedures design
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent facilitation and project management skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Proficiency in the use of industry standard office software (MS Office, Acrobat, etc.)
* Knowledge of and experience with airspace or procedures design

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000 annually. Compensation is based on relevant experience and qualifications.

As a Project Controls Specialist, you will play a critical leadership role in the planning, monitoring, and controlling of large-scale infrastructure or capital programs. Preferred Experience:
5 Years of Data Center Construction is strongly preferred
Experience leading a multi-disciplinary cost management team across several concurrent projects.
Experience working directly with clients in receiving instructions, preparing and negotiating proposals, and delivering work product.
Experience managing quality assurance and management programs within the team.

As a Process Engineer your role is to focus on the planning, design, operation, control, optimization, and intensification of chemical, physical/mechanical, and biological processes for complex water/wastewater treatment facilities and pumping stations. They develop and modify process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards and recommend and implement improvements, modifications, or additions to document work.
A Process Engineer approves and prepares proposals and cost estimates and evaluates all project progress and recommends changes. Represents project work in client meetings and continues to cultivate relationships with client organizations. May provide work leadership and training to more junior professional and technical staff and provides technical guidance to less experienced professionals or technicians assigned to work on a common project. Intermittently, investigates and advises on unusual and difficult problems encountered in the process engineering practice. Uses and applies advanced engineering principles and has a working knowledge of advanced technical research. Plans, conducts and coordinates engineering assignments, involving several smaller and some higher revenue projects, of varying complexity.
Project types will be planning, design, and construction phase services for water and wastewater treatment, odor and corrosion control, and nutrient recovery.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Perform more advanced engineering planning and design tasks on assigned projects under minimal supervision, including engineering drawings, engineering reports, presentations, and required applications to regulatory and/or funding agencies.
* Develop project scope, budgets, and design approach for small size projects, and support marketing and business development professionals in positioning for potential projects, writing technical portions of proposals, participating in client interviews and supporting negotiations for project contracts.
* Collaborate with stakeholders in client project requirement meetings, coordination meetings with internal and/or external consultants, owner and contractor, sub-contractors, and vendors in preparation and coordination of project specifications.
* Lead project coordination meetings with internal team members and/or external consultants, owner and contractor, sub-contractors, and vendors.
* Perform on technically complex projects and may act as a technical resource to other team members.
* Apply advanced knowledge of current principles and practices of process engineering and keeps informed of new methods and developments.
* Apply knowledge and expertise acquired through progressive experience to resolve complex issues where precedent may be limited.
* Assist and/or lead the development of proposals and contract negotiation.
* Contribute to the development of new standards and specifications of process design.
* May supervise the work of other project resources, including setting the project budget and their schedules for completing the work in conjunction with Project Manager(s).
* Engineer of record on own work product, work of non-licensed engineers and technologist.
Education and Experience
* Education: Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering required
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of related experience
* Licensure/Certification: Licensed Professional Engineer is required

Pay Range:
* Locations in MN, OH, VT, & Various CA, NY Areas - Min Salary $ 90,900.00 - Max Salary $ 131,800.00
* Locations in WA, DC & Various CA, MA areas - Min Salary $ 107,300.00 - Max Salary $ 155,500.00
Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.

Your Role:
* Work aboard boats from ~12-250 feet in length, domestically and internationally.
* Independently manage and operate Tetra Tech-owned vessels from 12-50 feet at project locations all over the USA.
* Take individual responsibility for all aspects of vessel operation including safe navigation, towing, launch and recovery, maintenance of safety, mechanical and electrical systems with minimal or no assistance.
* Independently operate as the vessel master and make appropriate decisions and recommendations while also following the guidance of a field survey lead and/or project manager.
* Operate the vessel and safely manage deck activities while collecting multibeam echosounder, single beam echosounder and geophysical survey data, sampling sediment and water with multiple types of sampling equipment and deploying and recovering oceanographic platforms and moorings.
* Configure, operate and repair vessels in remote unfamiliar locations, installing hardware and instrumentation using the materials and tools at hand.
* Leverage your experience and knowledge of vessel systems and capabilities with an understanding of project goals and identify, communicate and mediate risks to allow completion of all tasks safely and effectively.
* Develop and follow plans, specifications, SOPs, procedures and promote safe work practices.
* Demonstrated competence in Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and experience with terrestrial, hydrographic and/or geophysical survey and charting software packages.
* Setup, operate, maintain and troubleshoot vessel's motors, controls, electronics, cabling and hardware.
* Inspect and maintain vessel trailers including repair of axles, tires, brakes, bearings and electrical components.
* Pilot boats precisely along survey lines displayed on a navigation computer with pole mounted or towed survey systems attached to the vessel.
* Be self-motivated, hardworking, ethical, trustworthy and dependable.
* Have strong communication skills and strong desire to learn and do new things.
* Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Travel for domestic and foreign work, ~40% of the year, with assignments typically ranging from days to six weeks is required.
* The ability to work in the field in inclement weather as well as offshore for weeks at a time is required.
* Physical ability to load/unload equipment (lifting 50 lbs.), walk safely over rugged terrain and up/down ships ladders is required.
* Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, USCG and OSHA regulations, laws, and industry standards.
* Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
* Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.

Qualifications:
* USCG 100TN Captains license (OUPV/ "Six-pack" Captains license may be considered).
* Minimum of 5-8 years of experience actively piloting and navigating and maintaining vessels as a licensed merchant mariner.
* The candidate will have more than 5 years of experience and demonstrated proficiency in operating small vessels from 12-50ft in length . Experience as master, mate or engineer on vessels larger than 50 feet is desirable but not required.
* Have current STCW basic safety training certificate desirable.
* Commercial driver's license and experience towing oversize trailer loads is desirable but not required.
* Experience working in a construction or consulting, multi-client, fast-paced environment, with changes in daily activities is highly desirable.
* Instrumentation experience with some combination of: Echosounders, GNSS/GPS receivers, chart plotters, Radar, mobile LiDAR, single beam or multibeam echo-sounders (MBES), sidescan sonar, GPS-integrated inertial navigation systems, and underwater videos are desirable.
* Experience with the following sampling equipment is beneficial: Vibracorer, Van Veen, Niskin samplers, otter-trawls, box-corer, and gravity corer is desirable.
* Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions and be able to pass a USCG physical.

Your Role:
Business Development:
* Work with existing Tetra Tech account managers and the Energy Program market leads to expand existing client accounts.

- Responsible for verifying quality assurance and control are being followed by PGL on-site personnel (quality procedures and forms are being properly utilized).
- Plans, coordinates and/or supervises field activities of all PGL personnel on assigned projects. Authorizes/approves all project personnel transactions (expense reports, etc.), purchase requisitions, change request, etc., under supervision of Director of Construction/President or Project Manager.
- Ensures all field personnel adhere to all company, client and project policies, procedures, standards, etc. (verifies all PGL personnel are properly trained).
- Maintains official project log and documentation files for all projects.
- Visits job sites regularly as required for training, job audits, meetings, etc.
- Verifies/approves punch list and final inspections are performed and correct.
- Monitors manpower and budget requirements in collaboration with appropriate project management personnel to anticipate the need for on-site personnel changes.

**Minimum Qualifications:**
The Project Construction Manager shall have the following:
- Five (5) or more years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or,
- Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience with an Associate degree or,
- Fifteen (15) or more years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
The Bachelor's or Associate degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar technical field.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) / Design-Build firms
- Project construction management experience for heavy industrial clients
- Experience effectively leading field personnel
- OSHA certification (10, 30, etc.)
