Assists in development and implementation of creative plans to increase store sales while minimizing loses. Maintains communication with Area and Zone Managers to stay abreast of company initiatives. Assist in providing human resource management, including but not limited to staffing plans, performance evaluations, and training & development. Assist in the preparation of all necessary reports and paperwork. Performs other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
