Jason DeLano currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all financial aspects of the organization. Jason DeLano is responsible for establishing company-wide objectives, policies, procedures and practices to ensure Aderas sound financial accounting structure. He assists in the development of the company’s strategic direction and also establishes appropriate internal controls and financial procedures. Prior to Aderas, Jason DeLano worked as a Senior Oracle consultant providing technical leadership and expertise to large scale Oracle Application implementations in the private and public sectors. Currently, Jason DeLano provides technical and functional expertise in various business domains including Financials, Service and Manufacturing implementations, Human Resources and Customer Relationship Management. Jason DeLano’s core competencies include High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Performance Tuning, and Security Administration. Jason DeLano holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Siena College. He is an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Jason DeLano has written several technical white papers and has presented on numerous occasion at technology conferences including Oracle Open World and Oracle Applications Users Group (OAUG).
